Watch it draft, then wait

Real screen recordings of ChatGPT, Nov 2, 2026 (free plan, logged out, not connected to any email or calendar). We pasted in a made-up email, message or family week, then typed the request shown. No sound.

A reply to the school

Lesson coming by Jan 31, 2027

You type: "Draft a reply to the school email about the field trip form. Say we'll send it back signed by Friday. Don't send it. Leave it as a draft for me."

It drafts and stops. You fix anything that's off and send it yourself.

21 seconds. Wait sped up 3x, last frame held.

A clash on the calendar

Lessons coming by Jan 31, 2027

You type: "What's going on this week and where do we clash? Don't change anything or send anything without asking me."

It finds the clash and asks before changing anything.

32 seconds. Paused in 3 places to read.

A client who wants a new time

Lesson coming by Jan 31, 2027

You type: "A client wants to move Saturday's 10 a.m. appointment. Draft a friendly reply offering to find a new time. Don't send it."

You check your schedule, edit the draft and send it.

20 seconds. Last frame held.

ChatGPT's answers are unedited, and yours will differ. AI makes mistakes, so every example ends with you checking. None of these lessons is finished yet, and each one ships only after it passes testing.

Three steps, in this order

  1. Pick your assistant. Six side by side, with what each costs and who can get it.
  2. Set the brakes first. Lock the account, decide what it never sees, and set it to drafts only before you connect any app.
  3. Hand off the drafting. Teach it who you are once. Then start with a confusing bill, a trip plan or a household decision. Email and calendar jobs like the ones above come next.

What you get, and when

The rest, by Sunday, Jan 31, 2027, added as each lesson passes testing: your inbox, connecting Gmail (read-only first), a bills list from your inbox, the family calendar, one itinerary from your confirmation emails, a morning-routine skill and a monthly checkup.

Is this for you?

Yes, if email, bills and the family or work calendar eat your evenings, you don't write code, and you want to read everything before it goes out.

No, if you want an assistant that sends, pays or books things on its own. This course doesn't set that up, and it doesn't promise any result.

Questions

Do I need a paid AI plan?
Not for Release 1. Every Release 1 lesson uses free plans. The paid Claude part of lesson 1.3 (Claude Cowork) comes in a later update. Some later lessons may need a paid plan (about $20/month as of Nov 2, 2026, US), and each lesson says which plan it uses.
Which assistants does it cover?
Muse, ChatGPT and Claude are shown on screen. Gemini Task, Dots and Duet are described from their official pages only.
Is my data safe?
We can't promise that about any app. The safety lessons cover what never to give an assistant, how to set it to ask first, and how to clear its memory, using each app's own settings.
Who's behind it?
Made by I2 Consulting LLC. Not affiliated with Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. Questions: [email protected].
